Apartheid And Brahminism

In India 5% Brahmisn rule over 95% of the Indian population. In South Africa 15% whites rule over the 85% Black race. Does India then have any right to point an accusing finger at the apartheid policy of South Africa when the worst kinds of discrimination are being practised in India?

We talk of "democracy" and "equality before the law" but keep a third of India's 800 million people as Untouchables, unseeables and unapproachables!
